Who is right gives a different connotation.here Who simply becomes a influencer which may n't be always right.The life span of such so called Right lasts for a short time(we may call is forced right)...
What is Right is always a step ahead with respect to who is right.Who simply supports what is Right in true sense if the intentions are clear and justified which further supports the true sense of what is Right.....
